How i get or Connect with YouTube CMS?

Some peoples work on YouTube with copyright content. I try to Contact with them and i get success to contact with one of them. He tell me that it is possible with CMS or MCN. Now a days CMS is better than MCN. For MCN you Need Monetised YouTube Channel with Good Traffic but for CMS there is no requirement of monetisation. He Don't share the joining method but he said he connect my new channel (must have at least 3 videos and 50 subscribers) with CMS in 300$. For trusted deal he ask me to buy his gig on fiverr. But i dont have much money so i dont reply him. Kindly tell me how i connect with CMS. I want to work on famous movies and dramas subtitles in Arabic, Turkey and Hindi. But i get copyright claims or strike.
