How i can make United States account and spoof my location.

I have the same question like you

Try using a GPS spoofer.

First "force stop" the Tiktok app so that it stops running in the background.
Then open your GPS spoofer app (I use Fake GPS).

Choose desired location then open the Tiktok app. Your location should change.

I haven't tried this on Tiktok but I do it all the time on IG. Hopefully it works on Tiktok too.
