They'll go away eventually. Don't worry about them dude. Some themes do stupid things like this, but unless you redirect all 404s to the homepage or something like that, there's no "one size fits all" fix that I know of.

Just open your .htaccess file and redirect the 404s to the most relevant place, then select "Issue Fixed".
