I struggle with consistent articles posting. Does anyone have some tips or tools that would help the process?

My recommendation is to use WordPress
First, you write a text. Then you put it on the editor text box. And then you press the Publish button
You won't probably find a more consistent method to post articles than this one.
The best advice ever I have seen before. Am following you.

its people like you that expose all the good methods and ruin people's livelihood.

Instead of putting down fires, try to have a backlog that can hold you for a month or two. Buy or write articles in bulk.

There's no magic trick to consistent writing, it's mostly pure dedication.

However, there are tips you can use to get the ball rolling:

1. Keyword research
- dedicate 30 minutes at the end of the day to finding 3-5 keywords, this way you don't have to waste as much time looking for keywords.
2. Just write - once you start writing, you find that you actually want to keep writing due to momentum build up, and by the time you realise, the post is pretty much done.
3. Repeat step 1 and 2 - You'll notice you've made writing a habit, and the whole process becomes easier.

It took me around 2 years to be able to post 3+ articles consistently everyday, but hopefully with these tips, you'll be able to do it much earlier.

1. Choose your niche
2. Find out Your Audience.
3. Do a keyword search
4. Do Your Research on a topic you write
5. Outline Your Steps
6. Start writing a friendly article.
7. Publish it.

I set 1 day a week (does not matter what day, changes week on week) and on that day I aim to write min 5 articles in a day. I get to the end of the month and then i paste them into our hub and then set posting dates for the following month.

I also re-read what i wrote once I copy the posts in and then format them all with images, video, links and whatever else is needed. I find going back and re-reading a week or two later helps me figure out if what I wrote was crap or not.

This is a very good way to optimize your content. Sometimes you're too focused and in your workflow that some written things really trash. The distance on the topic is helping to get another view on the article. Thumbs up for that.

Don't just pick random niche and start writing. Find the niche which you are passionate about. So you can easily write on it.

Choose the topics you want to write and create an outline for each topic.
Always plan a schedule to post the articles. It is better to create some quality articles in advance so that you can post in according to the planned schedule.

If you just started, it's going to be hard, that was me last year. You need to push yourself into a habit. When you begin to internalize the correlation between your articles and revenue, you'll write passionately and regularly.

When I used to have time to do my own sites, I'd spend a day writing content, every couple of weeks, and aim to produce at least 10 articles, then load these onto WP and schedule 1 a day for the next 10-14 days.
