Money site for me is = Any site that you put all your (legit/fake/both) contents and users need to fill up a survey or click an ads to see/download/use the content. You'll get paid everytime they completed the form/survey/mobile form.

Site= For me, setup a site is a must. Doesn't need to buy any domain or hosting if you don't have budget. Just use free site like blogger, wordpress or anything that support custom html code added.

P/S : I specifically using this technique with cpa company that have content unlocker widget. Or more blackhat using modified fake referrer BHCB code and use offer from non allow incentive offer cpa.

Regarding selling eBook on DP, its a Good idea. :D :D I have done it in past successfully with upto 500$+ in a week :D And yes, you can easily write a complete eBook in a day! Just do your homework and find out what people on DP want! ;)
 
The money site will be your site or blogger with a gateaway provided by your affiliate network,the visitor should complete an offer(you get payed for it)to reach the content you promise him in youtube,walla can't say it easier than that!Good luck:D

one question, i had heard that CPA aff is not easy to apply, what's your thoughts?

Also if i setup a site to do your tricks, will a Godaddy deluxe plan be Ok to host the money sites?
