By not starting with Kali linux.
It is a penetration testing tool, not something you would start with.
Learn linux first. Be F*cking good with it before starting anything in pen testing. Also yeah, ur favourite linux distro could be used for the same. You just need to know what to install (or… USE)

Kali is a linux distro. Does it have anything special? Yes, it has some pre installed set of tools that help hackers to quickly do their stuff. Those tools can be installed in any compatible operating systems.
You don’t need it to become a hacker if that’s what you are asking for. Again, learn linux

You better ask for a refund for the money you paid for the Kali Linux course. With this level of knowledge, you would hardly learn anything from the course. You're too far away from learning Kali Linux. First, go learn the basics of Linux on the internet before making any purchases.

Best advice I can give you, is learn python, most of the xploits tools are made with python, knowing python will allow you to customize the tools to your personal preferences and improve the tasks based on your tailored needs.

That's really good, and if I was you I would stick mainly with metasploit that gets constantly updated and new scripts that you can find in GitHub, Kali Linux is nothing more than an overpacked Linux distro, you can hack with any Linux distro or os to be honest.
But just knowing python will help you a lot, also try checking 0day Https://0day.today there are other Indian sites that were completely amazing where they show all type of vulnerabilities, it depends on what you are interested on exploiting hardware or software, sites or networks, Botting or script kiddie. It really depends on what you will want to do, but basically just think of Kali as a tool to play with, the real cracking goes when you start building scripts that really manipulate something from which you can profit from.

Recently I found someone online who can bypass the authentication of any wordpress site with a python script, and basically he sells this site's with shell scripts, now the reason why this is so profitable is because there are many agencies that pay big money for backlinks, and backlinks are soft in action, a normal site owner doesn't even realize if there is an extra link on their page and without knowing they are squeezing traffic to someone else. But anyways besides backlinks you have data leaks, database leaks and so forth. Really be careful if you wish to really develope yourself on it.l since it could also take you to a different road where you start creating botnets, hardware code for skimming or carding, so be watchful it makes you feel overpowered at times.
