You can't as you will probably have to load the services to get the cards.. Your first thread could be the introduction you know not something that you immediately request to be spoonfed.

VCC funding isn't as easy as virtual phone numbers. You may need relevant details as well to create them.

Its okay to ask a question my friend..but an intro would have been in order first. Thats past now, so to your question. I don't know how those things work, but I know you need to take the word "free" out of the loop. To get anything of real value, you have to pay. If not with money, definitely with time and / or resources.

But there are limitations on the loaded funds on each card.

A virtual credit card is easy to use like a normal credit card. It is quite simple to make an online purchase using these virtual cards.
Validity
Generally, the validity of these virtual credit cards is just 24 to 48 hours. Though some banks like ICICI allows a longer expiry date. After that, it self-destroys itself. Customers are allowed to make only one payment through these credit cards.
Usage
Customers have the flexibility to use either the entire amount or a part of it. The leftover balance will be credited back to the customer’s bank account. No additional service charge is applicable for using it.
- The first thing you need to do is create a card of the required denomination. For this, provide your card details to the bank from whom you are taking the net banking facility.
- Then the bank will provide you with a 16 digit virtual credit card number.
- Enter this credit card number that is generated. Top-up the card with as much money as you need to make a payment for and the requisite amount will be credited from your account. That’s it!

If the cards need a bank account this means that they cannot be unlimited. Even if you're able to hack into bank accounts, there's probably no safe way to do it.
Of course it can, you just need to have unlimited amount of money in the account duh.

I don't need what's on the card. In fact, making multiple virtual cards for each account and making the device treated as another device every time will be useful for getting the rewards offered by the site although I am not sure if they are unlimited

Ok let me give you a hint
So this is a method I had purchased few months back on another forum.
Hint:
There are many websites that reimburse a gift for some tasks like posting views and suggestions.
Most of these websites gift you a small prepaid card with some balance $1-$9.
You will need ti dig up the internet to find such websites.
Please don't DM me I am not going to reveal the exact method as I have been using it as a way of steady income.
