How I can create a proxy connection from my desktop?

Is there anyway to create a proxy that shares the IP connection of my desktop? Thanks.

When you open the Internet Options menu in the Control Panel, then go to the Connections tab and click on the LAN settings button. Check the box for "Use a proxy server for your LAN" and enter the IP address and port number of the proxy server you want to use.
 
UP. I hope I was clear enough in my thread.
I need to create a proxy server on my windows that shares my connection.
