How I can check multiple sites for adding a backlink to them

Hello,

I'm working on creating a list with High PR sites with LinkAssistant tool with option to check the links to my competitors. I have already around 80 sites but most of them are not blog sites.
I'm wondering do we have tool that can make deeper checks on those sites to find if it's possible link to be placed there.
I just need the tool to find me the exact location where for example I will be able to write a comment and after that I will do the manual work as those links are with High PR.

Bot their whois data and make contact by email. Don't just send a "link exchange" email, offer something of value to them as well or they won't consider.
