You need tons of shares, get connected with relevant facebook pages and get your video shared if 10 popular pages on social media will share a chain link will start and you will get tons of views.. make sure the video is interesitng of course.

You need a free blog/web 2.0 that can post your youtube. Embed it on that site and describe it as unique content as you can (more than 1000 words its better content).
