how hide your identity and location

hi guys! i just want to know, how will i hide my identity and location. i read about VPS and PROXIES but, i dont know if thats really the way to totally hide your location and identity and if it is, where can i purchased those in a lowest cost.
im planning to buy a domain and create my own website, with some illegal stuff on it.

You can try using Linux instead of Windows. There are several Linux OS that allows you to surf the internet with even better privacy. For example, by using the Parrot Security OS and then turn on the Anon Surf mode.

If you really paranoid you can run a VPN on the vps, while only browsing on a proxy. Your internet speed might slow down a bit tho
 
Whatever but your mac & maybe device id is there so still not safe mayber

Hiding your identity & privacy is not possible today on clear net... but if you wanna do illegal stuff better use TOR Network if you dont want to get in trouble FOR SURE!

Move to arch linux or parrot os. GEt a few vps at intererver for .01 cents first month and each month renew it. Use them as proxies and a vpn. Have many short alais for example kuem and search them before to make sure results show other things(example kuems royal heritage) have a unique password for each account thats 13 random digits. When signing up for a new site use 10min mail. If it's blocked use a protonmail.
Make sure your vpn and proxies encrypt your data and go with mullvad for a vpn. Attempt doxing yourself and fix the security issues that come.

Tor is ok, but If you don't know what your doing best not to do it. Device Id's, Browser tracking, etc are good ways to be tracked even using vpn's. First thing you should buy a new/used laptop and pay cash for it ( Not from your friend billy across the street ), that'll take care of the device ids. Use that system as if you were another person. Don't go checking your personal email or accounts with it. Then start educating yourself on computer security. I don't know how illegal your activities will be. You can bet your ass, if its something that could cost me a fortune or jail time, I'm going educate myself, rather than rely on some kids opinion on DIY security... It's your ass, YOU better be the one covering it..
