I wouldn't rely on fiverr better to learn how to make them yourself. Trust me, get the practice. Its annoying at first but you'll get the hang of it. Design several thumbnail layouts and see which work best for you.
You should be spending several hours planning and designing the thumbnail as this is crucial for getting a higher CTR.
If any thing I would design the thumbnail and then send it off to someone whos good at photostop to improve the quality of it.

I don't think this channel is botted, probably he's popular in other social media platform.
I've been seeing instagrammer or tiktokers with big follower, join youtube and bring their army to youtube.
I'm not sure his channel is monetized tho, especially the video about Football player that almost DIED. that's a big red flag to youtube.

He also promotes it somewhere else but I don't know where.
Will analyse it tomorrow.
It's not botting by any means, only strategy and understanding the algo and omnichannel communication.
