How has BlackHatWorld Changed Your Life?

I love it, no matter how much I think I know on a topic there's always something new here to learn. Also, UnGagged was a massive eye opener for me - made me investigate and try things I'd never considered before. When I get bored, this place always provides a much needed boot up the backside.

To be honest & To be true : BHW changed my Ordinary LIFE into Beautiful LIFE.

For me it's not so much methods but nuggets that you pick up. You have to be alert for the knowledge bombs, because they are not all in one place.

For me it has been the nuggets that have helped me improve my skills, and broaden my skill base. Again these are not all in one place, and the in depth learning may have to take place elsewhere but the seed was sown here.

I now know some very cute copywriting tricks which have changed the game for me completely. The old days of "From the desk of, A.W. Anker" are long gone, and the modern approach is awesome and on the few occasions I see it I think 'I wonder who on BHW this belongs to?' As soon as I see "from the desk of" I immediately think 'which WF nob is this?'

Coding, again the bomb dropped here but I had to go elsewhere to learn, I went from haphazardly chopping, hacking, and bludgeoning together bits of code without really knowing what I was doing to being able to code a wordpress type site from scratch (I.e. not use WordPress but code my own CMS), besides the basics I have developed an ok grasp of python, php, JavaScript (which is awesome fun by the way) html and css. I'm not the best or most professional but I have fun with it.

SEO there is no one stop shop for knowledge this is also nuggets a plenty you just have to be alert. But the biggest thing I have learned is think outside the box. There are plenty of interesting underused methods.

Media buying: now this is currently the smallest portion of my work so far but I plan over the next 12 months to scale this up and lower my seo efforts. It (if used right) is a force multiplier.
