For me personally it has helped with coding.

How has AI changed YOUR workflow? Do you integrate AI in your everyday work or only occasionally?

Due to the quick receipt of information (there are no different specifics here), the work goes much faster, because you have additional time
 
Instead of google, I now use Chatgpt. And now I don't think in my head, I think with Chatgpt.
 
It helped me a lot. Especially in composing emails, cover letters, paragraphs and articles. But I still need to rephrase sentences and paragraphs to avoid plagiarism.
 
It makes reading the entire article easier by simply summarizing and interpreting it for me.
 
I do coding as a hobby, and had to google (stackoverflow) things twice every hour, now I do them with chatgpt.
 
And for work, as well as ordinary things. It's a very useful tool if you learn how to use it properly.
 
it make it easy, I work faster than before and I can brain storm more ideas and get more quality content.
 
A lot of coding help, but mostly i've forgotten how to think for myself a lot of time... just easier to ask questions vs going out and finding the answer.
 
Almost all my websites' articles are being written by AI right now.
Even thought it's not as good as handwritten content, it allows me to cut costs drastically, and save a lot of time.

I use it to mass create emails that sell. And it has been very well for me. I use it occasionally though.
