I need a adobe cc 1 year plan if available.code generated apps can not match hand coded apps - not yet. But maybe in near future
How hard is to make a simple app this days?

Bubble is your best option if you wanna build a no-code app. I have successfully delivered 2 bubble apps in last 2 months and I am working on a third one.
Once you get hang of it it's pretty easy. There's a marketplace for templates so you don't have to start from scratch.
If you have any question let me know.
If you don't have hardcore programming background stay away from react js etc. Remember they have been trying to teach programming to non -programmers for last 2 decades and are going no where.

Define "simple app" lol. Even creating "simple" apps can become a hard task.
