How hard is to get banned on Google+

When it says you've reached your daily limit, you've reached your daily limit. Nothing can be done, you just have to wait.
Sometimes you will get an Error unable to add more people at this time or something like that, that's when you try again

Unsure why you're not able to unless you're adding individually

I've seen many articles such as the following that say that Google+ has removed circle sharing.
I would love to believe those articles are wrong, could you please post the url to one of your shared circles? I do know that if a circle was shared in a community that they are still accessible, but I haven't seen any new circle shares posted since late may.
