Hello, i cannot seem to find a answer to this question, is posible to take the place of a youtube video in the top 10 of a keyword? and how hard is it? can it be done? thank you guys.

when I do a google search. I have seen plenty of youtube videos in the top 10 results.

Yes it can happen. Apply proper optimization and create quality backlinks to counter that.
