How hard is it to rank 1#?

Hello BHW,

I am working on a project at the moment and was just wondering how hard is it to rank 1# for my website?

Also, how much do you guys think it would cost? I've attached a TrafficTravis report. Opinions would be much appreciated.

It doesn't look too difficult but it's hard to say without looking at the quality of those 15k backlinks. It only has the keyword in the title so it's clearly not properly optimized and it's pr0. It doesn't have to cost anything - if you do it by hand it's technically free. It is almost impossible to give a cost unless you tell us what service you're using. It certainly looks attainable to beat it. It will probably take a month+ depending on how aggressively you SEO your site.

Hard to say for sure without all the correct info...but from the screenshot.. all the sites in the top 10 have low PR and are not optimized for ur keyword so it should be very doable, depending on your SEO skills or the person u outsourcing ur SEO too.

Not that hard man. Depends how much work you put in but easily possible with minor work.

By simply looking at this screenshot, My guessing is it'd cost a Max $300 to rank a site with EMD at #1 position for that keyword. But again, it really depends on what kinda keyword it is like a brand/product name,etc..,

Not really sure of the figures/results you have there because am on my iPhone.The truth is, ranking on number 1 has a lot of variables like:1. The keyword competition which comprises of the PR of the top ten sites, age and quality of links.2. How well you optimize your keywords on your site.3. The kind of back links you run on your site.For a relatively easy keywords with an average of PR3 sites should take you 1, 2, 3months. Well, that is just a prediction from experience and no real SEO expert guarantee first page ranking especially number 1.With the change in SEO one has to wisely make a good link building plan, time and quick result is out of the question or you will suffer a long lasting effect of wrong doing.
