How Google Works: Their Algorithm REVEALED

I hate the people who complain about Penguin updates far more than the actual updates.

What Google is doing is fundamentally no difference than the disavow tool, they're just using it so they can analyze submitted backlinks to make broad changes to their algo, not to individually punish random sites. They don't even use the disavow tool they have now, why would they opt to switch to some random public form for no reason?
