How Google take this Title?

Below the screenshot we are seeing three site title "virginmedia.com" Google take this title in green mark "Virgin Media" and we are seeing ookla.com the title google took not like the first one and EarthLink also good. The question is my site title google take like ookla.com i mean if my site url is https://todaynews.com and i need to google take the title is like "Today News" but it is not and why it is like is like this https://todaynews.com in google?

A number of reasons:

1) Your robots.txt is blocking everything from accessing your site. You need to allow access in robots.txt for Google to be able to index anything that's on your domain.

2) Your SSL cert has expired which will be massively affecting any sort of trust signals.

My SSL is active and only this code "User-agent: *Disallow: /" enough for robots.txt
