Hello,

my plan is to create fashion aggregator website. I did some keyword research and i would like to focus on keywords within 100-1000 monthly searches.

Competitors - local eshops pages don't seem to be much optimized. Content is based on products listing and page filters.

I want to create specific, optimized "landing" page for selected categories, like - "men's vans hoodie", better page content and then selected products. Plus, good backlink strategy, internal linking and other smaller optimizations.

Shown difficulty is around 20-45, not much or almost no backlinks.

Is it also about "content" or the focus is more on the people who want to buy ?

If you've done keyword optimization, you're a step ahead from your competitors because search engines prefer relative keywords in the results. If you want your site to rank, it's crucial to focus on the content. A good one will lead viewers to discovering your site. Regardless if people want to buy the products or not, the bottom line is that they landed on your page.
