How good does your website/blog need to be in order to be approved by PPI or CPA networks?

Basically what the title says

How much content do you need to have? Can you get approved with a blog? How much content did you have to get approved?

I'm working on my blog (blogger) but I have no idea how much content I need to get approved and I wanna get approved as fast as possible

Any help on the subject would be appreciated

you need traffic , NOT content
you can get traffic from your site ( lots of content i guess )
or buy traffic,

explain your strategies with network AM on how to get $$

I'm not sure, I got accepted into several CPA networks with a brand new site or no site at all. Just explain to them how you will be making money, they will accept you if they think you know what you are talking about.

It doesn't have to be good at all, just link to someone elses website who doesn't promote that network and pass the phone call verification test talking like you know what you're doing.
