Does anyone have experience with getting a domain which was alr bought, but not used, through a a godaddy agent? And if they succed, are the prices, which the owner of the domain usually suggests high?

Godaddy company is not good in my opinion, I refuse the job when my customers products are godaddy. I don't think it's a good company. Maybe the support can be good in buying a second hand domain.

years ago I bought domains with them, they are expensive but one day I needed to cancel the domain and call customer service and they were very kind and fast, if you want to buy domains look for other options

My recommendation for buying a domain would be Google domain.

It is also a good option although lately I use namecheap

I won't suggest to purchase goods from agents. Namecheap is pretty good alternative that allow you to cut the middleman fees and deal directly with the source.

namecheap have a good support agents, godaddy not good

That part is not clear ... Do you mean GoDaddy support agent ? If you intend to buy from GoDaddy, then buy directly from GoDaddy : their (support) agents are merely for providing customer service and customer support.
