Visitors don't just come out of nowhere. If you don't have money, then invest time in it.
Learn to SEO, for example. Always stay consistent with the updates on your website. If you have a blog, learn a routine. For example, write at least 1 blog post a day.
More articles = more keywords = more traffic. I can't really help much more without knowing what kind of websites you have.

If visitors just fell out of the sky we would all be billionaires. I would suggest doing some research on ways to get free visitors... I would list them here but the options are endless.
