I get many views of my youtube video but if I get click on ads it will be more then profit. so how can I gain it.

You simply ask for Adsense account through the youtube monetization tab.

DO you have an adsense account?

I have adsense account which is for youtube but I could not get click on youtube videos ads

be careful of people offering clicks on adsense ads, you'll get banned and any money you've earned will be returned. You just have to rely on people clicking the ads naturally, sometimes they do but most times they are just ignored and closed. Don't be tempted to try and cheat Google - you'll always lose
