How people with less followers then I have verified account?? it's stupid . I have a website which interlink with my Instagram , which requirements should have account to be verified?????

No one can answer you this question. The person with the verified acc is either a celebrity, an influential person who has connections or he just paid a big amount of money to someone who verified the acc for him.
Followers doesn't matter, I've seen a verified account with only 500 followers, but the person behind it was Olympic gold medalist.
