I start of with 5 a day then go down to one a day otherwise the page rank seems to drop

I post a unique article to my site 1-2 times per week. This is yielding good results for me and my client web sites so far.

to keep ur bog updated and interesting put up as many posts as u can make per day, i recommend u 15-20posts with on-going stuff ..good luck

Daily one post -Very Good
2 or 3 post in a week- Good
1 post a week- ( Advisable if you can't post daily or that frequently)

As a blog I actually write my articles for manually (as it is a subject I am interested in), I make about $4-6 a month which is low, but I do zero SEO and promotion on it as it is all for offline use to colleagues etc. Although, I set my autoblogs to post 2 articles per day and it seems to be working just fine, no shock increases and looks fairly natural.
