How "Forums" are born?

It is a trend that is dying, except very strong forums like this one, most forums are in the decline, it's sad because I always liked the style that forums have but social media, messengers etc killed it slowly, of course BHW has the legacy that can me me say for sure that it is far from dying, but it is very rare today.

Definitely dying, i see private discords replacing forums like this. usually better information on niche forums like this rather than broader audience sites like reddit. HOWEVER discords are harder to find

with that being said, anyone got any discord invites to some cool discords?

goes by search on googles, goes by just gossip , goes by community groups starting to grow

Maybe they start with like-minded people and get them on-board to share knowledge and do some ground work. Once it starts gaining new members, number of posts and threads sky rocket. (Just an overview. I know it's not that simple i'm sure there is a lot of hard work behind creating a successful forum)

Of course the initial days will be hard as there will less posts and less users. But once it picks up , it will run on its own.
