How find do follow blogs

1. Get and install the SEO Link Analysis addon for Firefox.

2. Find a blog online that has some comments on it. This can be ANY blog that has a comment there for the purpose of leaving anchor text. It doesn't matter if it's nofollow or not.

3. Follow that link to the site that it's linked to. So click on the "Buy Cheap Viagra" comment on the blog.

4. Use Yahoo Site Explorer and look at the backlinks. The SEO Link Analysis tool will show you which backlinks are nofollow and which are not. Generally speaking many of these will be blogs.

5. As you find more blogs with comments on them, keep clicking through to those sites and looking at everyone's backlinks.

You can do this ALL day long and never run out of things to do if you wish.
 
ask someone who has scrapebox to scrape do follow blogs for you:)... scrapebox latest version has no/do follow checker add on....
 
Thanks SaraJ, I didn't know about that addon and I was following the steps that you talk about for the last few weeks and this addon will help much more.
 
There are some good basic methods of finding df blogs to comment on here. An interesting method to take this a stage further can be achieved easily and efficiently through the use of imagination, scrapebox and some good footprints. Footprints hold the key to identifying the targets whilst spammers also help to narrow down the possibilities through searching for common spammed terms in your footprints.

Another much misunderstood footprint to focus upon is the captcha...many cms platforms rely upon the captcha form to stop spammers filling comment sections full of crap. A consequence of this reliance is that these platforms are often unmoderated. Start looking at captcha forms and formulating some footprints of your own, include recent comment dates and some spammers terms which will provide you with many thousands of df targets.

You can either simply place your link (given there will be recent comments as per the footprint and spammers terms the blog will undoutably be unmoderated) or take the tld and start a new search to find cleaner pages that the spammers have missed. Record down in a spreadsheet these urls for future reference and before long you will have a good 'bank' of good quality, high pr df targets.

but the addon is only for wordpress as of now and most wordpress blogs are no follow.

yeah, scrapebox did just release an update but i use a seperate program because sb is a bit slow when it comes to pr checks, and do follow and all. so, try fast blog finder, i believe someone released it cracked here,
 
just google, there are plenty of directories nowadays that hold do follow lists
 
Daniel is right about googling, you'll instantly find some lists. But don't stop there, use the other techniques described here and find even more.

I just upgraded my SB and am about to try the new do follow add on. But while I'm waiting on it, I'm hitting a list that I found and dropping applicable (not spammy) comments.

PR checking 100 URL's in 1.48 seconds is slow?

If you want more than that, you can raise the maximum 100 concurrent connections in the scrapebox.ini to 999 if you really want.
 
I must admit - I saw that comment and was scrating my head...SB is quick, way quicker than FBF in all areas (I have both) that is if you have some decent proxies, I suspect that is where the 'slow' comment originates. Bad proxies, no results!
