Thailand, 3 mb line, actually 2.6 mb down and 430 k up (depending on the daytime most time about 3.1 mb down).
Price 630 Baht, thats actually about $18.50 (the US-$ actually is not that good) or 13.10 Euro (Euro is actually strong here)
That's not European or US standard, but good enough for me (before in Cambodia I thought I'm back in stoneage: 128 k in daytime, limited tp 20 MB download volume per month (!) nighttime 256 k, flat; price $60 - a 512 k flat line in Cambodia nearly $700 a month!! )
