How fast indexed and ping does it help ?

Hi to all,

Just want to know please want to make a promotion with blogger (look like a spam)
But i change for each blog messages lines, i am going to use only 10 messages maximum per blog, if lose or close blog do not lose a lot.

But do i need to ping each message or each blog when i have finish please ?
And does it really help to get traffic to ping or left "natural" (i mean write blog
and do not ping) ?

How fast it is please (in exemple when i make a blog in wordpress i need to wait 1 day to see traffic growing, and to be indexed in google 4 days.

Is it normal to always "wait and see"

Most of the blogging platforms like Wordpress and Blogspot automatically ping your blog if this option is enabled.

From a ping you will be in Google Blog search and Technorati and others within hours. As far as regular search its probably going to be more like a regular wbepage you post
