How fast do you post with XRumer?

plz tell me about xrumer working and somebody told me it is of 540$ while some guys post that 100$/month what does it mean and what about its server what that plz tell me about its working and any alternative to use it in less amount of money

Only registration, no zlink, without proxies...
Now, i have to change to another datacenter, if i dont do it, i will need to buy proxies...
