If youre new and has limited budget for the tools, I suggest you do it manually. If you have a few bucks to spend, try autopligg - I can hook you up for cheap!

In making a BH site(e.g. Doorway page) you need not know the rules of SEO, these sites are usually disposable and temporary so SPAM the hell all you want till it reaches the SERP and make money while it last. Once it gets banned, back to step 1. Note that blackhat tools can be used for WH sites so long as you know how to use it with proper control.
