All of my new accounts are getting banned lately when creating them on PC, no matter which way I try.
Have you tried making them through your phone? I have an old rooted android phone which worked perfectly but haven't tried making any accounts on it lately.

I faced this problem too But i simply used a vpn and in private window i opened m.facebook.com
after that i created account

Use vpn and then try. Facebook detected suspicious activity to your account.

They probably can track your fingerprints, are you just using a 4g IP or are you masking fingerprints, webrtc, etc too?
