i'v noticed that there are some groups with 10k members and there are groups with 100k members, but 10k member group have more likes and comments than another one, i don't know how it works, when i post something in group , group member can see it in their news feed or not? or there's some procent of members that see my post? anyone knows what is fb algorithm for groups?

Some members will see group posts in their newsfeed. How many members will see a post in their newsfeed are determined by the engagement of a post. Who will see the posts from a group is determined by how active those members are in that group. What matters is the number of active members in a group. That group with 10k members has more active members that that 100k group.

I know one post in one group could generate 1k or even 10 clicks when the post is liked/commented/shared by many members. But 90% of posts in groups drive zero traffic.

You better think again about 90% drive 0 traffic. How could you say that information ? where you get stats from? etc.. ? Sometimes better don`t comment if you don`t know how is real because you just writhed a lot disinformation.

the more members you have the more posts will be published within the group, therefore decreasing the amount of engagement of each post, because of the vast volume being posted. It's like when you follower loads of people on a twitter account, every few seconds there's another 10-20 tweets you never read all of them.
