How exactly do these people's robot farms work

Do you know about this man's machine farm? I'm not selling a product. I had a deal with this guy.,He spends $35 per video to help others optimize to any keywords they want.,In my deal with him today, my video has been uploaded for 50 minutes, but he can still help me optimize how his robot farm works.,I'm curious that I can't find my video in the past hour, but he can still help me optimize the video, although it's not yet known whether it will succeed.

The results promised are too much for the money taken. This can be a scam in my opinion. Never send him big funds without proofs of working.

Looks legit base on your work experience with him before. But be careful still.

How would we know what exactly this guy is doing?
The most logical thing would be this: He has thousands of youtube accounts and hundreds of android phones.
Then he searches your video through the keywords, clicks it and watches it with the phones.

I would assume they are buying likes views comments social shares ect to boost the videos. im sure they have tested and found if they send x amount of likes x amount of comments ect it will rank for a few days weeks on low comp keywords.
