How exactly are you guys making money?

Okay I know this is super noobish question. I've been browsing the forums for about an hour and I'm not exactly sure how exactly SEO -> money.

I mean, is it just that you make a website selling a product/service, then use SEO to get it up there in the search engine results so you get more business?

How exactly is SENukeX a "money making machine"?

Yup, you got it. I'm not making any money right now with SEO, but the idea is that you make websites, SEO the hell out of them to get them to rank highly in Google, and sell a product on them to your traffic to earn a commission. Seems like the perfect business model because once your website is ranking highly and making you money, it's practically automated income. Blackhat SEO is the "perfect crime" because while it "breaks the rules" and is considered by some to be "unethical," it can be very lucrative and it will NOT get you in legal trouble...unlike, for example, getting caught selling fake Rolexes and Louis Vuitton purses on Ebay, which can be very lucrative but can also get you in a LOT of legal trouble.
 
There are a lot of ways to make money with SEO.
Some examples are:

-Google AdSense: Google ads that make you money (small amounts...cents to maybe $1/click)

-CPA: Cost Per Action: You get paid when a visitor to your site takes some kind of action such as entering an email address, filling out a survey, etc.

-Affiliate Marketing: You get paid when somebody clicks on a link on your site, then goes on to buy the product advertised (Just about EVERY ecommerce site on the internet has an affiliate program).

Those are probably the big three methods. People make anywhere from nothing to tens of thousands of dollars a month on internet marketing.
 
Why'd it be "automated income" if you have to make the product or provide the service?

Like I've been doing freelance programming for money and if I got more clients that'd be more money but also more work.

I'm an immigrant to the UK, I get a free house and loads of money for myself and extended family,and with absolutely no need to work too, (thats for the stupid English), granny thinks it's great here and is thinking of inviting the rest of the family over, afer all it's her right.

Exactly. You're on the right track because to master a traffic source you need to first LEARN. Many different ways but his formula is the barebones of what all of us do, day in day out.

create website ,update regularly with content,
put cpa/adsense ads/affiliates products on it.,
do seo or get trafffic from facebook/twitter.

make money,
 
I stay near to moscow metro station and ask money from passing people
 
@biznets2 I'd tell granny to watch her back, theres a lot of people in the UK that love nothing better than to kidnap benefit cheating pensioners and their family and sell them to the blood donor centres. Then we sell the blood to releive the national debt ;)
