Is there any way to have a link to a product in the description as a CPA or CPC way of getting extra income? Does adsense allow this? How can I do it?

I've just started with YT but I know YT doesn't allow affiliate links in description. You can link to funnel page or you can advertise a your product in the video, something like I use product x and it's very good visit xsite.com for more info

But xsite cannot be an affiliate link? What about if I have a link in the actual video like an annotation or something with an affiliate link?

A lot of people are doing great on BHW using CPA & PPI, but it's not for the faint of heart, as it were ;]

The only acceptable monetization method that YouTube prefers is their own AdSense network.

Alright, thanks man. Do you think if I direct them to a landing page that has my affiliate link on it it will be fine?

If you wan to go into CPA/PPD for YT, try making
new channel and accounts. Don't use your own
establish YT account

The only acceptable monetization method that YouTube prefers is their own AdSense network. If you decide to involve your channel in CPA, PPD, PPI, affiliates or scams then your videos will be flagged and removed for violating the YouTube policy against spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content and you could even lose your entire channel

Wait, seriously? Fudge, I didnt know that. I currently have amazon affiliate links in my videos that are masked with Bit.ly links, But they ARE relevant to the video. Like a review of an HP laptop, and there is a bitly link in the description that goes to the amazon page for it.

Do you think thats risky? Or okay to leave as is?
