Social Networking sites will help a lot. But I doubt about forum ones. Just get a few of them to add more variety in your backlinks' profile

not much... but relevant niche backlinks with high pr will help a lot in the ranking....

Hi angela style backlinks is nice linkbuilding method, but make web 2.0 profiles manually.

I tried them on one of my ecommerce sites with good results but it depends from the keywords that you want

Are they still mostly Web 2.0 profiles? I've stopped using their list once they switched to that...

i just saw scrapebox video, but i see that video was made long ago, so seo has change a bit, so angela backlink system might not be as effective as it used to be

They are not as much effective as they were but good to have few high PR ones to make the link profile more diversified.
