How easy would it be to rank for this?

Since a few weeks back I have been selling my own WordPress themes. And since prenium WP themes are "pirated" and shared for free on ton's of sites. So I was thinking to also share my themes for free on a other site using PPD to also bring some $$$ from the pirates. Since there already are tons of site offering "nulled themes" (that also share my themes). How hard would it be to rank #1 fro "[BRAND NAME] [THEME NAME] wordpress theme nulled/free download"?

Would it pretty much be impossible to outrank current sites? Or will it be possible thanks to that my brand is one of my keyword and that my sites only contains themes of my own brand?

I just want to get an idea of how hard this would be. Before I start to invest time and money into it.

I think you have a better alternate:

To start with all you need to do is, code your theme in such a way that a part of it runs from your server directly, and that part needs an authentication key.

There is no way of nullifying it. You would not need a heave server a simple VPS would do or you could use OVH, they are great.

If you do wanna rank for your theme name, brand name, You need to build 50-100 high quality links, most of them should have your brand name.

Do a couple of PR's and you are set.

I dont think this to be a very hard job. Generally your competitors will not build backlinks to rank their websites. Mostly the forums come in high ranks if we search for nulled themes. What I mean is some SEO on your link might just boost you up in no time.
