I tried making my own content and upload it to YT but it was removed, my content doesn't contain any material that violates YT tos. I mean, comparing to my content and other graphical/sexual shit on YT, why aren't those removed (beheading, killing, nudity). Is there an algorithm that YT uses to remove video? Is there a way to manipulate old removed video I created and reupload them to YT?

Maybe it's possible to apply video/audio filters to the video and don't add forbidden keys/names.
The same about keys, descriptions, tags. YT is able to analyse video, audio, text and complains from other users.

You downloaded whole copyrighted video or small part of it?
