How does youtube hashtags works?

I posted a video and put some hashtags on the description section and title also
Some of the hashtags have less then 100 video but my video don't show there
does it take time to be on the hashtags list?

Depending on how much traffic YouTube is undergoing at the time you upload your video and its take some time

It will take sometime to show up, because of the huge videos uploading, YouTube will take sometime, keep refresh it or wait for few days.

Your video must be ghosted , search your keyword in incognito and filter by day, if you don't see it means the video is ghosted

It will just not start showing for that hashtag. There are lot of other factors that decide ranking.
