You will need good content, a good backlink profile, and work on the other ranking factors. Google for 'backlinko ranking factors', they have a great post.

It depends on many factors, content that is informative and optimized for the keyword intent, quality of backlinks( relevant links, guest post), organic traffic, user interaction with the site, so on. I suggest to learn and work on a website, you will better idea about it.

Search on Google for "Search Engine Optimization"

Your question is so vast that it's like asking tell me about Earth. As you're a beginner, I'll tell you the basic things. The websites don't rank based on how many people visit your site or how long they visit it. You need well-designed website, high authority backlinks, quality content, social media profiles, internal links etc. It takes a lot of time to understand the basics of SEO.

PageRank is a calculation that values websites based on the quality and quantity of links to a webpage, prescribing a rank number as a result. When a site links your website on their page, Google sees that as an endorsement of authority and quality of your website, thus giving you a higher rank for that given search.

There are counters that do this process, my friend, if you do some research, you will come across many counters.

From what I know, I will give you a simple list:
1.) You have to create backlinks on your site.
2.) secondly, you have to make sure you provide quality content on your website. It would help if these contents focus on your specialty and niche. This will make google recognize your site as a sort of authority in that niche.
3.) If you can use long-tail keywords that have high CPC, high search volume, and low SEO difficulty. This will help.
4.) The majority of people use their mobile devices to search for things on google. So, if you can make your website mobile-friendly, the algorithm likes that too.
5.) If you can, try to engage with your customers or visitors. respond to comments and all that. If possible, you can set up a live chat so potential customers can engage with your website.

good content + good backlinks.
