Hey yall,

i gotta admit i have 0.0 clue about twitter creation. How is it usually going? Do you create over aged mails? Or phone numbers? Also is web or phone prefered (i prob already know the answer lol). Also is it normal for accounts to start with 0-20 views for the first weeks if you dont abuse retweet stuff? Can X also be like threads or reddit where you can start with views instantly? Or is it always a time game and you gotta comment bait and stuff like that

Reddit definitely requires warming before posting any content, they’re quick to snipe spam and flag your account. X is a lot less strict than Reddit, speaking from personal experience, but you still need to have a solid config.

Don’t overthink it. You don’t need aged emails or anything fancy, just a clean setup and use it normally for a few days. Low views at the start are completely normal if you’re not pushing traffic. X is momentum based, so early replies under bigger niche accounts and consistent solid posts help way more than retweet spam.

You don't get views instantly on X. It's a time game like you've said. You should make 2-3 posts per day at the beginning, and after 1 month or so you can increase the number of your posts. I prefer to create my accounts but these need anti detect browsers with proxies. Also I prefer X web based.

Don't overthink it, just start by sharing your impressions and don't worry about the impact. The goal is to develop communication skills that will increase your reader retention. Try collaborating with other content creators in your niche; that might help too.

At its launch, Twitter (initially stylized as "twttr") functioned as
a simple, SMS-based micro-blogging platform designed for
sharing quick, 140-character text updates (later 280) with followers

creating proper X accounts in 2026 usually requires a real phone number for verification to build trust. The mobile app is far better than web. Yes, it's completely normal for new accounts to only get 0-20 views per post in the first few weeks. Unlike Threads, X is a slow growth platform — you need consistent quality posting plus active, thoughtful commenting on bigger accounts in your niche to gradually build reach. It's definitely a time game.
