How does twitter user @justimdieber use twitterfeed

How does twitter user @justimdieber use twitterfeed to tweet four messages randomly. He basically tweets: "@mention do you love me? ", "Please, dear @mention don't be jealous", "@mention I love you.. " and "@mention I wanna hug you"

I'm guessing he uses yahoo pipes together with twitterfeed but I'm not sure. Does anybody know?

Yes its through Yahoo Pipes, however, the last time I used yahoo pipes, the feed wasn't fully working. There is also a limit of like 7 retweets per hour.

Does anyone have a link to the yahoo pipe link used by @justimdieber
