How does twitter app know when blue is already activated?

When I try to sign up for twitter blue with the Android twitter app, it says " this account already signed up for twitter blue" even when the app is reset and I used a fresh pva. somehow it knows that the device had a verified account earlier.

Try to do it from your mobile browser instead of the app itself.

If you have a PC, then try to do it using it's normal browser as well or maybe Android Emulators like BlueStacks or similar.

I reset the app, uninstall and re-install. deleted all app files. I used blank fresh PVA account.

it is possible Twitter app installs malware.

You cannot subscribe to Twitter Blue with bluestacks
