How does this work?

So i just saw a post where a guy said that he bought a few million banner impressions. So i want to ask how this works. I buy banner impressions, then i register on a site where i get paid for these impressions? 5Million impressions would be around 10k lol. Is this right?

Where can i buy these impressions? And do these websites detect the fraud?

OP, i'm well aware of that method and it's not as easy at it sounds.

I didn't get into but know at least 10+ people who tried it on a different forum. These guys were already successful at PPC but this method right here took them a very long time to be profitable.

Almost 2-3 weeks. So they loss about $1000-$3000 before turning a profit. There's so many variables that needs to be looked at before you can make this work. I suggest that you make sure you have a LARGE amount of budget to test and a tracker to see which sites are converting. VERY IMPORTANT since there will be many sites that will not register as impression. Which means, you won't get paid for it.
