How does this website create its quizzes and embed it into facebook?

Heya all,

So i have found out a friend of mine shared a result from a quiz which was something about how smart you are etc. So i looked at the quiz itself and i was wondering how one makes these quizzes?
When you click on the quiz result you get redirected to a website instead of doing it on facebook...

Thank you for replying, i have tried that one but it does not share the result at the end only the quiz when you want to share it on facebook.

I have also tried various wordpress plugins atm but nothing seems to have what i am searching for. Which is a question with pictures, different result screens depending on answers, answers which based on which category you choose most and a facebook share with result.

I am looking for the same thing. I also tried several Wordpress plugins, and found someting decent, but honestly I don't think this would be the right way. However, there is this site "checarattere"(it) that is very similar; in this case whois says it's made by a company, so I think that this is born as a well thinked project to make viral effects.
