How does this site generate contents from forums - Mobiles.BigResource.com

The site hxxp://mobiles.bigresource.com has 162000 pages indexed in Google. The whole site hxxp://bigresource.com has 681000 pages indexed. But I am curious about how this guy can generate posts from selected forums in hxxp://mobiles.bigresource.com. It picks up forum thread titles and make it as his post in hxxp://bigresource.com. It can also count the number of replies for each thread. The site is being monitized using Google Adsense. Do you have any idea what plugin he is using or automation tool?

He is using a special script to scrape it and reorder/post the content. A bit of php and it is simple.
