I'm going to be honest, I didn't really look into it 100%, but what I did see was an unnatural backlink profile over the past 2 weeks. A 400% increase in backlinks in two weeks probably explains the boost...however, websites that get backlinks that quickly generally trigger a red-flag by Google. That, and their post is newest, so that can also give a temp boost.
So unless all the links came from forums and websites chatting about new car releases (which I doubt, since some of the links came from domain names like condoms.###), the site will probably trigger a manual review sometime in the near future.
But like I said, I casually reviewed it. Take my opinion with a grain of salt because I may have overlooked something. I am, however, interested in how the site ranking beneath them got the star rating meta-tags to stick. I was under the impression that Google slapped those off all but the most reputable sites several months ago?
